Christ the Redeemer

Selarón Steps

Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa, a traditional neighborhood in Rio, enchants with its cobbled streets, historic mansions, and art studios. Confectionery Colombo
Confectionery Colombo, inaugurated in 1894 in downtown Rio de Janeiro, is an icon of Brazil’s Belle Époque. With its historic architecture and classical decor, it offers an elegant setting to enjoy traditional pastries, teas, and coffee, preserving Carioca culture and tradition in every detail.

Royal Portuguese Reading Room
Founded in 1837 and inaugurated in 1887, the Royal Portuguese Reading Room holds a collection of around 350,000 books, including rare works of Lusophone literature. Its neo-Manueline-style building is considered one of the most beautiful libraries in the world, attracting scholars and tourists interested in culture and history.

Botanical Garden
Created in 1808 by Dom João VI, the Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden is an internationally recognized center for research and conservation. With about 140 hectares and more than 6,500 species, it hosts collections of Brazilian and exotic plants. The space also includes the Environment Museum and an important scientific archive.

Rio’s Beaches
Rio de Janeiro’s coastline features about 45 km of urban beaches. The most famous — Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, São Conrado, and Barra da Tijuca — offer full tourist infrastructure. Their waters and sands welcome millions of visitors each year, establishing the city as one of the top sun-and-sea destinations in the world.

Carnaval Experience
Carnaval Experience is a cultural tour held at the Pimpolhos da Grande Rio warehouse in Cidade do Samba. The itinerary includes a guided visit to the float and costume workshops, an interactive presentation on Carnival history, and practical activities. The project promotes cultural tourism and income for the samba community.

Hang Gliding
Hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro departs from the Pedra Bonita ramp, 520 meters high, located in Tijuca National Park. The flight is tandem with certified instructors and follows CBVL safety regulations. The aerial journey lasts about 5 to 10 minutes, landing on Pepino Beach in São Conrado.

Paragliding Tour
Paragliding in Rio offers a smooth and scenic free flight experience. Takeoff is from the Pedra Bonita ramp. The equipment allows greater stability and flight duration, ideal for admiring the city and the coastline. Experienced instructors lead the tandem flight, following safety protocols from the Brazilian Free Flight Confederation.
